1. What is the big issue you’d like to be able to solve?
Helping organisations and communities understand how to ‘live’ ESG, evolving past the reporting and connect with our collective communities. There are lots of ways to do this meaningfully, however for me though a big part relates to valuing and supporting the cultural sector and embedding these experiences in our everyday.
2. What’s the most exciting place you’ve been to?
Buenos Aires – the mix of Parisian-inspired heritage architecture and South American street life makes for a surreal and energising experience.
3. What is your unique x-factor?
Creative problem solving – and an unwavering belief that wild ideas can be realised and that Western Australia has the talent to deliver!

Empowering our clients, creatives, and our talented team to bring projects to life. Connecting the dots between big ideas and practical actions.
5. Your outlook for 2024
Highly optimistic – 2024 is the year we will be realising some of our most exciting projects for exceptional clients.

1. What is the big issue you’d like to be able to solve?
Confronting the planning and bushfire regulatory challenges associated with the incoming wave of renewable energy projects in Western Australia. I’m excited for what the future holds in the renewable energy sector as we look to transition to more sustainable forms of energy.
2. What’s the most exciting place you’ve been to?
Mostar, Bosnia & Herzegovina – the cobblestone streets, old stone buildings and iconic bridge is captivating.
3. What is your unique x-factor?
The ability to integrate cutting edge technology and data analysis to provide efficient solutions to mitigate bushfire risk through the planning system.
4. Describe your day-to-day role?
Assisting clients through the delivery of high quality and innovative project outcomes from initial feasibility through to final approval and project implementation.
5. Your outlook for 2024
The impacts of climate change and the ability to develop innovative and adaptable solutions will continue to play a key role in creating resilient communities. I’m excited for the continued growth of our hybrid planning and bushfire team which I strongly believe is a unique service offering to the WA market.

1. What is the big issue you’d like to be able to solve?
Advance equity in design thinking and management. To me, that would ideally be to collectively curate inclusive spaces that elevate the human experience to deliver social and economic outcomes.
2. What’s the most exciting place you’ve been to?
San Francisco for its scenic beauty, cultural vibrancy and all things techie!
3. What is your unique x-factor?
The ability to articulate ideas, be comfortably curious and committed while working towards that greater goal.
4. Describe your day-to-day role?
As a design consultant, a typical day would involve brainstorming ideas, exploring possibilities, creating design iterations and enabling journeys ahead for our partners.

Have an open mind and re-evaluate how design can be approached to create soulful and resilient communities.
